Fill out my booking form with all of your requirements, estimated timescales and sign my terms & conditions. Retainer packages are agreed in advance.

If necessary a confidentiality agreement is in place as soon as work starts.

You can communicate with me in the way that suits you best (email, text, etc)

Time is billed to the nearest 15 minutes and typically the minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour.

Invoices are issued (with a detailed statement on request) at the beginning of each month. Payment is made by bank transfer, typical payment terms is 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.

Expenses such as mileage, telephone calls, additional stationery, postage are charged at cost.
