• Fill out my booking form with all of your requirements, estimated timescales and sign my terms & conditions.   Retainer packages are agreed in advance. 
   

• If necessary a confidentiality agreement is in place as soon as work starts. 
   

• You can communicate with me in the way that suits you best (email, text, etc) 
   

• Time is billed to the nearest 15 minutes and typically the minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour. 
   

• Invoices are issued (with a detailed statement on request) at the beginning of each month.  Payment is made by bank transfer, typical payment terms is 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. 
   

• Expenses such as mileage, telephone calls, additional stationery, postage are charged at cost. 
   

• References and ratecard are available on request.
